Taking the first step toward therapy requires courage, and I want to honor the strength it takes to begin.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Delaware and Pennsylvania, with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from the University of Delaware and my Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University. My early work as a school social worker provided a strong foundation in child development, family systems, and relationship dynamics. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I transitioned to virtual practice to continue offering accessible, compassionate care.
I have helped clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a safe, collaborative partnership where you feel truly seen and heard.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each person. I draw from evidence-based practices to support insight, emotional processing, and practical skill-building. As your needs evolve, we adjust our work together to support meaningful, lasting change.
I view you as the expert on your own life. My role is to help you recognize strengths, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
If you are here, you have already taken an important first step. When you are ready, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
