Professional statement

I work with high-functioning adults who appear to have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, reactive, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to change—especially in their relationships or day-to-day life.

Many of my clients are capable and dependable, yet find themselves overthinking, emotionally drained, or frustrated with how they’re showing up. They often wonder why things feel harder than they should.

In our work together, we go beyond the surface. We’ll talk through what’s been showing up in your life, identify patterns, and begin to make connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. From there, we build insight alongside practical tools to help you feel more in control, more confident, and more aligned with yourself again.

My approach is supportive, honest, and collaborative. This is a space where you can be real, feel understood, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I work best with clients who are ready to look inward, stay engaged in the process, and are open to exploring both insight and change over time.

Sessions are held virtually and are 50 minutes long, allowing you to attend from a space where you feel comfortable and focused.

If you’re ready to better understand yourself and begin creating meaningful change, I invite you to reach out. I’d be happy to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit.

Message to clients

Before we begin working together, I want you to know that therapy with me is a space where you do not have to have everything figured out. You don’t need the “right” words or a perfectly clear goal. We can start wherever you are. My hope is that you feel safe enough to be honest — even about the messy, uncertain, or uncomfortable parts. Growth doesn’t happen through pressure or judgment; it happens through curiosity, compassion, and consistency.

I also want you to know that therapy is a collaborative process. I will bring my training, experience, and perspective, and you will bring your lived experience and insight. Together, we will move at a pace that feels both supportive and productive. My hope for you is not perfection, but greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust. If you are willing to show up for yourself, I will be there to support you each step of the way.
