Professional statement

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I bring a compassionate and attentive presence to our work, shaping each session around your unique needs, goals, and pace so that you feel genuinely understood and supported. My approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based treatment, drawing from relational psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and attachment-based work. We focus on alleviating distress in the present while also examining the underlying patterns, beliefs, and relational dynamics that shape your experience. In doing so, our work supports both meaningful, enduring growth and a sense of steadiness and relief in the here and now.

Message to clients

Before we begin working together, it’s important for you to know that I see therapy as a collaborative process grounded in trust, respect, and genuine understanding. I take time to understand you as a whole person — not only the challenges that bring you in, but the context of your life, relationships, strengths, and values. My hope is that you feel both supported and engaged in the work, moving at a pace that feels steady, thoughtful, and aligned with your readiness for change.

You can expect a compassionate and attentive presence in our sessions. I tailor our work to meet your individual needs, whether that means creating space to process complex emotions, developing practical tools to ease distress, or exploring deeper patterns that shape how you experience yourself and others. My goal is for our work to help you feel more grounded and clear in the present, while also fostering meaningful, lasting growth over time.

Above all, I hope you leave sessions feeling understood, steadier within yourself, and more connected to the person you want to be.
