With 20 years of experience, I have had the privilege of supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I am dedicated to staying at the forefront of the field by continually pursuing professional development, ensuring that I provide the most effective and evidence-based support to those I work with. My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, helping them navigate life's challenges with resilience and confidence.

I specialize in integrative therapy with a whole person approach to healing. Utilizing evidence-based techniques, including Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and SMART Recovery.

I am available via Telehealth or in-person Wednesday - Monday, 8am - 5pm.
