Message to clients

I’m Marissa Gray, LCSW, PMH-C. I specialize in therapy for women navigating anxiety, identity shifts, motherhood, relationship stress, and the mental load. Many of my clients are high-functioning but overwhelmed doing everything for everyone else and unsure how to create space for themselves.

I offer a warm, grounded approach that blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and CBT. My sessions are conversational and values-based. We focus on how you’re feeling, what matters most to you, and how to live more in alignment with that (even when it’s hard).

I’m a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider and have 15+ years of experience supporting women, children, and families across schools, nonprofits, and private practice. I offer therapy exclusively via Telehealth for clients located in Illinois. Whether you’re in early motherhood or not a parent at all, you’re welcome here. Let’s explore what support looks like, for you.
