Professional statement

You've built a good life, yet there’s a restlessness you can’t quite name—it’s time to bridge that gap.

Mark is eager and equipped to walk alongside 20-50 somethings who are stuck in narratives of self-defeat, loss, depression, anxiety, or overall overwhelm. Adulting has become more challenging each passing year. In fact, as you're noticing, life is much harder than you thought it would be. Such misfire of expectations often leads to issues of grief and disillusionment. But you are successful at many things, and Mark will help you apply your 'superpower' to the rest of your life.

For over 20 years, Mark has worked as a therapist, digging deep with people. Now, he brings that depth to coaching folks like you. It’s a different approach—still practical, still future-focused, but with an understanding of what’s really going on underneath. His experience with leading evidence-based techniques underpin how work with you.

Sessions with Mark are about getting clear on what actually matters to you now, not what you thought should matter five or ten years ago. We’ll cut through the noise and figure out what’s truly missing. Imagine trading that vague restlessness for a solid sense of purpose. Making choices that feel right, that energize you. It’s about realigning your day-to-day with your deepest values, so your life outside of work actually feels like your life—rich, meaningful, and genuinely yours.

Mark is here for you in Richardson, Texas for in-person appointments, and on secure video if you reside most anywhere else in the world.

Message to clients

You’ve done the things you were supposed to do.

Built a life. Got the job. Maybe even the house, the family, the title.

And yet—something’s off.

You’re not falling apart. But you’re not flourishing either.

You’re coasting. Second-guessing. Running on low-grade restlessness.

I work with thoughtful adults in their 30s and 50s who look successful on the outside but feel disconnected on the inside.

They’re not looking for therapy. They’re looking for perspective. Clarity. A way forward that actually fits.

I bring over 20 years of experience as a licensed therapist into my coaching—but this work isn’t about diagnoses or digging into your childhood (unless you want to). It’s about helping you realign your life with what matters now.

Because midlife doesn’t have to mean drifting.

It can mean recalibrating—with intention.

My approach is holistic. We’ll look at what’s going on emotionally, mentally, spiritually, relationally, and physically—not as boxes to tick, but as parts of a whole person.

You won’t get worksheets or one-size-fits-all strategies.

You’ll get honest conversation. Useful insights. A partnership that helps you stop doing life alone.
