You've built a good life, yet there’s a restlessness you can’t quite name—it’s time to bridge that gap.
Mark is eager and equipped to walk alongside 20-50 somethings who are stuck in narratives of self-defeat, loss, depression, anxiety, or overwhelm. Adulting becomes more challenging each passing year. As you're finding out, life is much harder than you thought it would be. Such misfire of expectations often leads to issues of grief and disillusionment. Yet you are successful at many things, and Mark will help you apply your strengths to the rest of your life.
For over 20 years, Mark has worked as a therapist, digging deep with people. He's realized that most clients don't actually need therapy (barring legit mental health diagnoses). As such he takes on a coaching model, bringing that clinical depth to your situation. It’s a different approach from traditional counseling, moving towards practical, action-oriented techniques and challenges. His experience with tried and true evidence-based techniques underpin his work with you.
Sessions with Mark are about getting clear on what actually matters to you now, not still living out of the past. We’ll cut through the noise and figure out what’s missing. Imagine trading vague restlessness for a solid sense of purpose. Making choices that feel right, that energize you. It’s about realigning your day-to-day with your deepest values, so your life outside of work actually feels like your life—rich, meaningful, and genuinely yours.
