Helping High-Achievers Manage Anxiety, OCD, and Self-Doubt

Marta works with adults in high-pressure careers (creatives, entertainment professionals, attorneys, tech experts, educators, and healthcare workers) who struggle with overthinking, imposter feelings, or chronic stress.

She uses CBT, ACT, and ERP to help clients:

• Identify patterns that fuel anxiety

• Manage intrusive thoughts

• Regulate emotions

• Respond differently in stressful situations

Her approach is down-to-earth, practical, and collaborative, making psychological tools clear and easy to apply in everyday life.

Marta’s experience spans hospitals, correctional systems, corporate settings, and the entertainment industry, giving her insight into working under pressure in diverse environments. Originally from Barcelona, Spain, she began her career supporting youth and families facing complex challenges, shaping a grounded, solution-focused style. After building a thriving private practice in Oregon, and supervising other clinicians, Marta relocated to Los Angeles to focus on adults in demanding careers. She provides telehealth services in California and Oregon, with weekday appointments from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Her goal is simple: help clients move from surviving anxiety to living with confidence, clarity, and control, equipped with tools that truly make a difference.

Message to clients

Hi,

I'm so glad you're reading this. Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps, and the fact that you're even considering it means something important, you’re ready for change, or at least curious about what’s possible. And that’s more than enough to start.

The first steps can feel like a lot, so let’s walk through what to expect: We’ll start with a free 10-minute phone consultation to get a sense of what you’re looking for, and for you to ask me any questions about how I work. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule a 50-minute intake session where we’ll go over your background and create a game plan with clear goals. That helps us stay focused and track your progress along the way.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, grounded, and results-oriented, focused on helping you move forward in a way that feels both supportive and effective. Think of me as a collaborator in this process, not someone with all the answers, but someone who’s here to help you find yours. Remember: Therapy isn’t forever; you’re in control of how long we work together. We can go at your pace, and I’ll always check in to make sure the work we’re doing is meaningful for you. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more empowered, more centered, and more in charge of your life.

Ready when you are.
