Martina is a mental health counselor specializing in OCD and anxiety disorders. As a person with OCD and anxiety herself, she is acutely aware of the challenges of living with and treating these disorders. Martina utilizes Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. She was trained in this at the Center for Anxiety and Behavior Therapy. She also utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for anxiety as an additional treatment for OCD.
