Professional statement

The clinicians at this practice work with a diverse range of clients and welcome individuals from all backgrounds and life stages. They take an open and inclusive approach, focusing on understanding each client’s unique needs rather than limiting care to a specific population or concern.

Therapy is tailored to the individual. Each client begins with an assessment, and treatment is developed collaboratively based on what will be most helpful. The therapists use a flexible, integrative approach that allows care to evolve as clients’ goals and circumstances change.

All providers are licensed as Licensed Marriage and Family Associate Therapists (LMAFT) and are trained in relational and systemic perspectives. Services are offered via telehealth, providing accessible and convenient care through secure remote sessions.

Message to clients

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin. My hope is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you explore what brings you to therapy. We’ll take time to understand your experiences, concerns, and goals at a pace that feels right for you.

I approach therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we’ll assess what’s going on for you and shape our work in a way that fits your needs, strengths, and values. There’s no single “right” way to do therapy, and I believe the process should be flexible, responsive, and grounded in what feels most helpful for you.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, relief, or personal growth, my hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel safe to be honest and curious about yourself, and where meaningful change feels possible.
