Peg is accepting new clients and is now practicing in Pennsylvania and Florida by teletherapy.
Peg is a Certified Clinical Services Provider for ADHD. She understands the daily struggles with procrastination, brain fog, communication problems, misplacing items repeatedly and more. We have the right to experience all the joys life offers. Depression, anxiety, relationship problems and other stressors make that difficult. Peg offers therapy for men and women. She will discuss your physical health, thought processes, family situation, emotional well-being, social context, and strategies for coping. Every person has abilities, interests and gifts. And everyone has the capacity to develop into a more fulfilled and happier person. Together you and Peg will create goals, short or long term, for you to overcome obstacles and become your best self.
Peg works with adults using acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral theory, psychodynamic therapy, communications theories, solution focused therapy, and family systems theories. Peg has worked with men and women's issues, such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, marital problems, financial problems, vocational, parenting and self-esteem issues.
In addition to the rest of her practice, she specializes with adults experiencing ADHD, life transitions, and postpartum depression. Peg has over 30 years experience as a therapist.
