Message to clients

I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for individuals from all walks of life to explore their inner world and move toward healing. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or additional life challenges, you don't have to navigate it alone.

My approach is eclectic and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, person-centered therapy, and humanistic principles, while also integrating somatic techniques to help you reconnect with your body and release stored emotions. Therapy with me is a collaborative journey. I meet you where you are—with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
