Message to clients

Does it feel like you’ve spent your life following a script that wasn’t written for you? For many autistic women and girls, as well as those with ADHD, life often feels like a constant cycle of masking and autistic burnout. You may have been told you’re "just anxious" or "sensitive," but you know there is a deeper explanation for how your brain processes the world. As a board-certified psychologist I am dedicated to helping neurodivergent individuals move from surviving to thriving. My practice is neurodiversity affirming, meaning I don’t see your brain as something to be "fixed."

We work together to manage executive dysfunction, navigate sensory processing needs, and build a life that honors your authentic self. Whether you are seeking help for your daughter or you are an adult woman navigating a late-in-life ADHD or Autism discovery, I provide a space where you don't have to translate your experience.

I am also a specialist in Therapeutic Tabletop Role-Playing Games (TTRPGs). I use the power of play and collaborative storytelling to help clients explore identity and social connection in a way that feels safe, creative, and most importantly fun. You deserve a therapist who speaks your language and celebrates your geeky passions.
