Professional statement

Meghna Raj is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Woburn, MA who supports young adults and adults through her private practice. Meghna specializes in helping clients navigate difficult family dynamics and the relationship conflicts that arise with friends, families, and partners. She often works with clients who have trauma backgrounds, whether that’s from past physical or emotional abuse, identity discrimination, medical trauma, and more.

Meghna’s goal for her clients is to help them process through their traumas and resolve the conflicts that hold them back from feeling comfortable in the present day. She does this in a collaborative, compassionate way that empowers clients to utilise their innate resilience to overcome their challenges. Clients benefit from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), exploring their core values and how their lives align to these north stars. Clients leave therapy sessions with Meghna feeling empowered, ready to implement changes to improve their daily lives.

Meghna earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston University. She has over 10 years of experience since graduating, over which time she’s honed her ability to create an affirming, warm atmosphere for her clients.

As seasoned telehealth provider, Meghna offers the convenience of remote sessions to help make therapy a core component of your self-care calendar.
