I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for God’s word, a passion for people, and a passion for cultivating in people a Christian worldwide and a biblical mindset. I have over 18yrs of experience working in hospitals and school-based counseling centers

I have worked with clients on various issues such as their relationships, sense of self, life transitions, depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, decision-making and overall emotional well-being.

I have an extensive background working with individuals from many cultures and life experiences.

I am unique in my approach offering a combination of coaching, motivating, problem-solving and goal formation. I specialize in mental health and Christian counseling.

My therapy approach blends Christian principles, Solution-focused therapy (SFT), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness with a combination of coaching. Together we will focus on your inherent strengths, past successes and utilize techniques to challenge negative thought patterns and develop healthier coping mechanism.
