Message to clients

Before starting therapy with me, I want you to know that I believe meaningful change begins with feeling safe, understood, and supported. I work with adolescents, emerging adults, adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable bringing your full self into our sessions. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin we'll work together to better understand what's been getting in the way and identify a path forward that feels right for you.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based care and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based strategies to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools for lasting change. I believe that therapy should not only help you manage symptoms but also deepen your understanding of yourself and your strengths.

My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more confident, more resilient, and more connected to the life you want to build. Together, we'll work toward meaningful growth, healthier relationships, and a greater sense of balance, always at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
