Working to alleviate suffering and set people free; can work from a Christian perspective on request. I provide therapy for teen and adult clients with a wide variety of issues including grief, addictions, trauma, disabilities, anxiety, depression or other mood disorders, family and parenting issues, neurodivergence and brain injuries as well as personal growth and spiritual development. It's an honor to be of service in supporting others to take steps toward wholeness and excellence!
Sometimes life is too much. Or maybe someone has told you that you're "too much." Either way, whether feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated or tired of the seemingly ever-increasing stess, there are ways to optimize well-being and feel freer. Healing happens in relationship; friends, supportive family or a therapist. Connecting with others is a vital element of well-being.
