Professional statement

Welcome! This practice is dedicated to supporting adults who may be feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges or navigating periods of transition, distress, or disconnection. Natalene works collaboratively with individuals and couples to address concerns related to emotional well-being, relationships, sexual health, and intimacy. As an AASECT-certified sex therapist, she provides a safe, affirming space to explore sexual concerns, performance difficulties, desire differences, and relational dynamics with care and professionalism.

Natalene's approach emphasizes empowerment through understanding. Together with clients, she gently explores how past and present life experiences may be shaping current beliefs, emotional patterns, and relationships. Through this process, clients are supported in developing practical, meaningful strategies to foster healing, growth, and connection. Whether someone is experiencing anxiety, depression, intimacy challenges, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, Natalene offers steady guidance and compassionate support along the way.

Natalene is a diplomate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and holds a certification in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). She integrates evidence-based modalities within a person-centered framework, honoring each client’s individuality and lived experience. Treatment is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs, goals, and pace of each person, creating a collaborative path toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.

Message to clients

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to begin prioritizing yourself. I invite you to reach out for a complimentary consultation, where we can explore whether working together feels like the right fit for your needs and goals. I view therapy as a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space—one where you can feel supported and understood. My role is to offer an unbiased, collaborative perspective as we work together to clarify your goals and move toward the life you hope to build.
