Neha Uberoi is a licensed clinical social worker with experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and strategic therapy to adults, couples, and adolescents. Neha utilizes a culturally sensitive, person-centered approach to treating a number of mental health conditions including anxiety and depression, stress-related conditions, job stress, addiction, identity issues, life transitions, women's health, and relationship issues. She employs her background as a professional athlete and mother of three young children as a lens that informs her work with clients.
In addition to the general population, Neha specializes in working with athletes to optimize their mental health, wellbeing and athletic performance. Neha most recently served on the board of directors of the United States Tennis Association (USTA) to help the organization enhance their athlete mental health initiatives. She is also a member of the Association of Social Workers in Sport (ASWIS).
Neha is an Indian-American and is fluent in English with high proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi. In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf, working out and hosting family and friends.
