Neyla works with individuals who are looking for a safe, compassionate space to explore their emotions, understand their patterns, and move toward meaningful change. She supports clients who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about their next steps, as well as those seeking to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Whether clients are navigating life transitions, stress, identity development, or self-esteem challenges, Neyla offers steady, judgment-free support.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that clients hold the wisdom and capacity for their own growth. She focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel understood, accepted, and empowered to make choices that align with their values. Drawing from trauma-informed principles and a client-centered lens, she helps individuals explore their inner experiences at a pace that feels safe, while nurturing self-awareness, emotional resilience, and personal agency.
Neyla’s professional background includes extensive experience within the child welfare system and work as a school counselor, which has shaped her deep appreciation for the diverse and complex pathways people take toward healing. These roles have strengthened her ability to meet each person with empathy, sensitivity, and cultural awareness, honoring the unique strengths and stories they bring into the room.
Neyla offers both in-person therapy in the Larchmont, NY office and virtual sessions for clients located anywhere in New York State. She strives to create an environment where clients feel supported from the moment they begin, and where therapy becomes a consistent, reliable part of their healing journey.
