Professional statement

Hello! I’m Niasha, and I’m so glad you’re here. If you’ve been feeling anxious, weighed down by depression, or struggling to adjust after major life changes—like transitioning from the military or starting dialysis—you’re not alone. It can feel like life keeps moving while you’re standing still, unsure of how to move forward or find peace again. The truth is, when we carry that weight alone, it often grows heavier. The stress builds, relationships feel strained, and hope can start to fade. But healing is possible—you just need the right support and tools to get there.

Together, we’ll use evidence-based tools like CBT, REBT, and mindfulness to help you find clarity, confidence, and calm. My approach is collaborative and empowering—I’ll meet you where you are and help you grow into your strongest, most grounded self.

Message to clients

I know how hard it can be to reach out for help—especially when life feels heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming. Maybe you’ve been trying to hold everything together, but inside you’re exhausted or unsure where to start. You might be feeling anxious, stuck, or disconnected from the person you want to be—and that can feel incredibly isolating.

The truth is, when we keep pushing through without support, those feelings don’t just go away. Stress can build, motivation fades, and even small things start to feel like too much. But you don’t have to face it alone anymore.

My hope for you is that therapy becomes a space where you can exhale—a place to feel seen, understood, and supported as you work toward healing and balance. Together, we’ll uncover what’s been holding you back and build the tools to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and calm. From our very first session, my goal is to walk beside you, helping you reconnect with your strength and create a life that truly feels like your own.
