Professional statement

Navigating the complexity of life stressors can weigh heavily on us all, and at times, may feel as if hardships change us into a version of ourselves, we do not recognize. If you have been in therapy before or are beginning your journey towards healing for the first time, I am here to highlight your resilience, help build your confidence and provide a safe space to listen and support you. As a therapist, my goal is to help clarify what truly matters to you and work collaboratively towards meaningful change.

My therapeutic approach is based in cognitive behavioral and person-centered principles, meaning I provide a non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions and work towards living life that is aligned with personal goals and values. I believe that developing the right tools to manage stress is key to coping with adversity.

We are all a work in progress and placing the time and energy towards enhancing your life and emotional wellbeing is incredibly courageous. Healing and growth are possible, and you don't have to do it alone. If you are interested in learning how we can work together and identify your unique needs, I invite you to reach out for a 15-minute consultation.

Message to clients

Before we begin our work together, I want you to know that therapy is your space to be fully yourself. You don’t have to show up “perfect” or with everything figured out, this is a place where we can slow down, explore what you’re carrying, and work together toward the changes you’re hoping for.

My hope for you in starting therapy is that you find not only relief from the challenges you’re facing, but also a deeper sense of self-understanding and confidence. I believe healing happens in small, consistent steps, and that those steps can create lasting shifts in how you experience yourself, your relationships, and your world.

You are not alone in this process. My role is to walk alongside you supporting, challenging, and encouraging you as we build a space where your voice, your needs, and your goals are centered.
