Message to clients

A warm welcome to my practice, Interactive Mind Counseling! Before we begin working together, I want you to know that I create a highly supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are right now. I will see you for who you are, and who you are becoming. You are unique, and your counseling should be too. Your context, culture, and overall background matter. Nothing you say will alarm me and I love to work with humans in all their complexity and contradiction. I work with adults from all backgrounds and identities. Many people come to me struggling with anxiety, depression, overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or the lingering effects of past trauma. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, you’re not alone and I will help you.

I meet my clients with realness- I’m straightforward, deeply genuine, and HUMAN. I don’t hide behind a clinical façade. I use humor, I’m open, and occasionally I might drop a bit of colorful language when it helps cut through the noise. I arm you with the tools you need to navigate life’s challenges with strength and resilience.

I provide the kind of quality care that you would want for a loved one. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you become empowered, self-assured, deeply understood; and where you will gain deep insight, clarity, and build the confidence to create meaningful, lasting change. My clients feel profound hopefulness in our work.
