Message to clients

Starting therapy can feel exciting, overwhelming, or even a little intimidating, and I want you to know that wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship, and I am committed to meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.

I view therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, helping you gain insight, build effective coping skills, and recognize strengths you may not always see in yourself. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I hope our work together helps you feel more confident, empowered, and connected to the life you want to create.

My hope for every client is that they leave therapy with a greater sense of self-awareness, resilience, and trust in their ability to face challenges. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting counseling. We will take the process one step at a time, and I look forward to supporting you along the way.
