You were once a dreamer, a seeker, so curious and full of wonder. Now you are scared or sad, burdened by the ever unfolding atrocities of the world around us and the nearly impossible task of balancing continuing to be human and care for the human that is you in a world that won’t stop spinning. Now you seek help. Help to find your feet again, and feel them on the ground beneath you. Help to learn the language of your nervous system - ‘regulated’ and ‘dysregulated’.

Using primarily somatic and mindful approaches Noël is passionate about helping clients unlock their own power and healing ability; learning how to observe, understand, and shift nervous system states through somatic (bottom-up) therapy techniques. Clients may come in with experience in somatic psychotherapy, a body-based practice (dance, yoga, sport, etc), or with no understanding or connection with their body at all! Noël will meet you wherever you are on your journey, and help walk the path toward where you dream to be.
