Professional statement

Olivia provides virtual therapy for women and LGBTQ+ clients across Texas and Colorado, making healing possible from the comfort of home, the car, or even at the office. She works with teen and adult women facing the pressures of perfectionism, chronic anxiety, and cultural messages that often shape their sense of worth.

Olivia understands the exhaustion of trying to meet impossible expectations while quietly carrying self-doubt. She specializes in guiding clients toward a more fulfilling and empowered way of living. Her practice offers a chance to pause in the middle of all the striving and begin imagining a life defined less by urgency and more by self-acceptance. Therapy with Olivia is an invitation to take that first step toward change.

Rooted in humanistic and relational perspectives, Olivia's approach honors each person's innate capacity for growth while recognizing the impact of relationships, culture, and power on our sense of self and safety. In session, that looks like cutting through the noise of internal and external expectations to reconnect with self-trust and find clarity.

With over 6 years of experience, Olivia brings warmth, genuineness, and guidance into every session. Olivia invests in her growth through books, workshops, and consultation, ensuring a compassionate and informed therapy experience. Clients often describe Olivia as creating a space where they feel truly seen, understood, and encouraged to embrace their full identity.

Balancing career, relationships, and the pressures of today's world often leaves little room to slow down and truly reflect. Many clients come to therapy feeling stretched thin and uncertain of how to begin figuring it all out. Olivia's practice is an affirming, safe space to step out of that cycle and build a life rooted in ease. Schedule a consultation today to start untangling the noise and reconnecting with what truly matters.

Message to clients

Starting therapy, even looking for a therapist, can feel vulnerable- especially for the high-achieving, anxious, perfectionist parts of you that are used to holding it all together. It means admitting that things feel out of control and that you're ready for something different. That kind of honesty takes courage. Therapy with me is about showing up honestly, especially when things feel messy, and letting that be enough. I believe you already carry the wisdom and strength to move forward; my job is to help you reconnect with it.

My approach is grounded in a humanistic and relational lens, which means I see therapy as something we build together. I bring presence, empathy, and honesty to the room, and I'll invite you to do the same. Sometimes that means slowing down, asking the hard questions, or noticing what comes up between us. Every piece of it is part of the process.

Here, we show up as human first- without performing or hiding. This is where real change begins. If you're feeling encouraged (and maybe a little nervous) to start that process, reach out to schedule a consultation. I'd love to connect and begin this journey together.
