Professional statement

Pamela works with clients who want to make mental health a top priority. They might need support addressing anxiety symptoms, unpacking trauma, or strengthening the connection between their minds and bodies. Through working with Pamela, clients get to know their patterns, understand how their past experiences impact them today, and chart a new course toward living the life they want.

As a mental health advocate, Pamela believes nurturing one’s emotional wellbeing allows people to have more peaceful relationships with themselves and with others. As a result, individuals are better able to navigate the world more easily and authentically.

Pamela believes her clients are the experts of their experiences and hold the knowledge to achieve balance and stability. She simply offers them the space, time, and resources for people to do this work. In the meantime, Pamela will always be right beside her clients throughout this process.
