Professional statement

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) offering online therapy to adults and couples across California. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, substance use, and major life transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and gently direct. I value honesty, curiosity, and honoring your pace. You won’t be pushed into anything before you’re ready, and you won’t be seen as “broken.” Instead, we’ll work together to understand how your experiences, nervous system, values, and current circumstances are shaping what you’re going through—and explore what it might look like to move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and open.
In our work, I often integrate mindfulness and embodied awareness, helping you gently tune into what’s happening in the present moment with greater compassion and less judgment. From there, we can begin to explore new choices and new ways of relating to yourself, your emotions, and your relationships.
I also offer neurodynamic-style breathwork and values-based coaching for those who are interested in more experiential work, or who are seeking support outside of traditional therapy structures.

Message to clients

With extensive clinical experience, my focus is on guiding individuals in developing healthy relationships with others and themselves. Depression, anxiety, emotional instability, social anxiety, dissatisfaction, and fear of the future, often signal underlying relationship issues that significantly impact quality of life. I establish a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore their emotions and foster self-acceptance and compassion. This therapeutic journey is tailored to each person, utilizing a person-centered approach that empowers individuals to set their own treatment goals.
