Message to clients

Hi, I'm Rachel, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who works with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families across all stages of life. I specialize in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma, as well as those facing relationship difficulties or major life transitions. Whether you're a child just beginning to understand your emotions, a teen managing school and identity, or an adult seeking deeper self-awareness, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are and create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Mindfulness, among others. I work with you to find the right approach, helping you build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and foster meaningful, lasting growth.

I hold a degree from Manhattan College and bring a deep commitment to compassionate, client-centered care across diverse populations. I believe therapy is one of the most powerful investments you can make in yourself and your relationships. If you're ready to take that first step, I'd love to connect and support you on your journey.
