Rachel McCrystal is a virtual therapist and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in RI, MA, NJ, & CT. She is a Chapter Member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals and a member of the National Association of Social Workers. She is also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who is passionate about body image, self-esteem, and healing from disordered eating.
She has spent the last decade working in community mental health agencies, substance abuse treatment centers, non-profit organizations, research labs, school districts, outpatient offices, and residential settings. This wide range of experience brings a well-rounded and unique approach to care.
Rachel founded Coastal Wellness Counseling, a private practice offering convenient virtual mental health therapy, to provide better access for patients seeking remote mental health services.
