Rainer Orth has been providing individual psychotherapy for more than 25 years to clients across the lifespan. He often works with individuals who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, panic disorders, OCD, depression, addictions, ADHD, and relationship issues. His expertise is in trauma related issues, and his approach to therapy is a holistic one by applying highly effective mind-body interventions.
In his practice, Rainer draws from several powerful and well-proven therapies. He is a certified EMDR therapist and EFT ("tapping") practitioner, as well as a certified Complex Trauma Level II Therapist; he has also received advanced training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Addictions, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Jungian dreamwork. Above all else, he understands that talking things out and working things through with a caring, skilled professional can help clients to successfully overcome whatever difficult challenges they are currently facing.
