Professional statement

Love alone isn’t always enough to keep a marriage fulfilling or meaningful, especially when trauma is part of the story.

I help couples and individuals install new relational systems for communication, daily logistics, and sexual connection grounded in neuroscience and somatics.

These systems are compassionate and deeply integrative, honoring the protective strategies that once kept you functioning — but no longer support deeper, lasting love.

My expertise and research in neuro-somatic relational systems offer you the opportunity to install new ways of relating, whether you’ve been together 30 years, 3 weeks, or you’re an individual ready to master vulnerability and deepen connection.

My approach integrates principles from clinical psychology, ancient Tantric arts, somatic awareness, and neuroscience — delivered in a clear, practical, and accessible way.

This is a goal-oriented, forward-focused, structured 10-session experience.

We work together with tangible tools for communication, polarity, desire, sensual presence, and nervous system regulation — skills you can begin integrating into daily life session one.

If you’re looking for something different — welcome home.

Message to clients

Look — if you’re on this page reading about the topics I specialize in, chances are you’re dealing with something that feels raw, vulnerable, and difficult to talk about. These are often the parts of life people carry quietly: challenges with intimacy, desire, communication, or patterns in relationships that feel painful or confusing. It can feel isolating. It can bring up shame. And over time, it can start to affect every part of your life.

Many people who come to see me have already spent years in therapy trying to figure things out. They’re not looking for more polite conversations about the same problems. They’re looking for something that actually creates change.

My approach is direct and experiential. I pay close attention to the behavioral and relational patterns that keep repeating in your life, and we work together to interrupt those patterns and replace them with new ways of communicating, relating, and thinking.

This work can feel uncomfortable at times. Growth usually does. Sometimes it means slowing down enough to feel what you’ve been avoiding. Sometimes it means saying something to your partner that you’ve never said out loud before. Sometimes it means trying practices that may feel unfamiliar at first — breathing through discomfort, sitting with difficult emotions, or learning new ways of connecting with your partner.

But when people are willing to stay present through that discomfort, real transformation becomes possible.

Reaching out to me may feel vulnerable - and that's ok.
