Rebecca Flynt, LCSW, works with young children, adolescents, young adults, and adults who are navigating overwhelming emotions, uncertainty, or challenges they can’t quite put into words. Many of Rebecca's clients come to therapy feeling stuck or unsure of what they need, but with a sense that something isn't working. She provides a safe and supportive space to untangle those feelings, gain clarity and begin the process of growth and positive change.
Rebecca's approach is grounded in the belief that pain, resilience and hope can all exist side by side. She incorporates and utilizes play therapy, mindfulness, narrative work, and trauma-informed practices, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual or family Rebecca's working with. Her view on therapy is a collaborative process where trust builds over time, helping clients recognize their own strengths and develop tools to manage challenges more effectively.
Rebecca understands that starting therapy, whether for yourself or your child, can feel daunting. She creates a compassionate environment where showing up as you are, is more than enough. Healing is not always linear, but with consistent support, the weight of what once felt unmanageable can begin to lift.
