Message to clients

Welcome! Let me first say that I am so glad you made the courageous leap to reach out. Life often presents us with tough stuff - this is actually a fundamental aspect of being human. However, we are not meant to go through life, particularly tough parts of life, alone. What I can offer you is a safe and trusting place to share the tough stuff with the mutual goal of learning new tools to make peace and overcome whatever life brings you.

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to building a strong, nonjudgmental relationship with a focus on evidence-based treatment. I want to equip you with tools that empower you to lead a richer, fuller, and more meaningful life so that ultimately you can thrive on your own.
