Nice to meet you!
I’m a licensed therapist who works with teens and adults (ages 13–65) around anxiety, OCD, trauma, and overwhelming emotions. I chose this work out of a deep interest in understanding human suffering and helping people find their way back to self-compassion. My background includes experience in adolescent PHP, adult psychiatry, and community mental health, which gives me a broad perspective in supporting people through many different challenges.
My approach to therapy
I draw from EMDR, DBT, mindfulness, and exposure-based therapies. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth—I see therapy as a sacred space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re going through a major life transition or feel stuck in old patterns, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move toward clarity, healing, and growth.
What to expect in our first session
You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you’ll feel safe to be yourself. We’ll start by exploring what brings you in and identify your goals together. From there, our work may focus on feeling more grounded, reducing anxiety, developing healthier coping skills, and processing painful experiences. My aim is to help you better understand yourself, regain a sense of control, and move forward with greater confidence and compassion.
