Are you grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions? If so, I am here to listen without judgment and collaborate with you on your journey towards healing and growth. I have been working as a therapist since 2019, and I recognize that each individual's experiences are unique. I strive to tailor my approach to meet each client's specific needs. I have firsthand experience with navigating the complexities trauma and neurodivergences. I use evidence-based modalities, such as CBT, EMDR, ILS/SSP, mindfulness practices, culturally sensitive and strengths-based approaches in practice to name a few. At my practice, I encourage you to feel empowered to take first steps toward a path to holistic wholeness and new beginnings!

Message to clients

As a therapist, I deeply value creating a space that is warm, nonjudgmental, and empowering. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for your lived experience. I believe that healing and growth happen when we feel seen, safe, and supported—and my goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate both challenges and change.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with over five years of experience in private practice and telehealth settings, supporting individuals across a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, and relationship issues. Before that, I worked in macro-level organizations, which enriched my understanding of how systems, culture, and context impact our mental health.
