Welcome to the Adult ADHD Center! I am a licensed psychologist with over a decade of experience working with individuals with ADHD and related conditions such as anxiety and relationships. I am passionate about this work and about helping this population.
I provide comprehensive services for various ADHD needs, including ADHD testing, cognitive behavioral therapy, executive functioning coaching, and referrals to other relevant providers such as psychiatrists, career coaches, trainers, and nutritionists. All sessions with me are virtual.
I work with adults in their 20s to 40s in California, New York and Virginia. Clients in my practice tend to be professionals, students, or individuals looking for work. While many come in with an existing ADHD diagnosis, that is not a requirement. My practice is designed to support those with executive functioning or “ADHD-like” challenges in general, regardless of whether or not they meet the full criteria for ADHD.
In addition to ADHD, I specialize in treating commonly co-occurring conditions experienced by many adults with ADHD, including anxiety, depression, work stress, relationship stress, dating stress, and parenting stress. As a mom myself, I am especially attuned to the experiences of young parents.
For most clients, our work combines both therapy and coaching. For example, we may tackle strategies to manage anxiety, panic, and negative beliefs, as well as ways to brush your teeth more consistently, go to sleep earlier, text your friends back, and keep your home tidy.
