I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety and anxiety-related concerns, including high-functioning anxiety, social anxiety, illness anxiety (health-related fears), panic attacks, perfectionism, and racing thoughts that interfere with sleep. Many of my clients appear capable and successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, self-critical, or constantly on edge internally. I also support individuals whose anxiety is shaped by relationship dynamics with family members, partners, or others. Together, we focus on practical strategies to reduce anxiety, improve emotional balance, and feel more in control.

I understand that beginning therapy can seem daunting. I am here to make you feel comfortable from the first consultation, by answering any and all questions that you may have. I also acknowledge that opening up to a new person can be scary and being vulnerable is not always easy. I can tell you from experience, therapy can be extremely rewarding and enjoyable, especially if a client finds the right therapist. I strive to be that therapist for you.
