She is a New York State-approved provisional mental health counselor and a graduate of Northwestern University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program, with specialized training in child abuse and maltreatment. Sasha draws from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
