Message to clients

I'm glad you're here! It's an honor for me to work with my clients and to create a space that is non-judgmental, warm, safe, and collaborative. I work with individuals, teens and families. You'll benefit from working with me if you're exploring emerging adulthood, life transitions, women's issues/empowerment, motherhood, transitioning to a life with Type I diabetes, caregiver fatigue, identify development, Health At Every Size, relationship challenges (familial, friendship, romantic etc.) and more.

I use therapeutic modalities like IFS, narrative therapy and somatic experiencing to best support my clients. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and social justice oriented. I also find my work to be built in creating meaningful connection with my clients.

My intentions for my clients are for them to feel supported, validated and inspired to live a life that truly feel's like their own.
