Professional statement

Sharday Fields is licensed therapist serving adults in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and California. This therapist works with individuals navigating life transitions, emotional stress, and relationship challenges. Many people this therapist supports feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are or where they are headed—especially during seasons of change.

The approach is warm, conversational, and grounded. She wants the client to feel comfortable, understood, and at ease—like talking with someone trusted. This therapist listens carefully, offers thoughtful feedback, and helps make sense of thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a way that feels supportive and manageable.

She has experience working with concerns such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, grief, relationship issues, parenting stress, and the effects of difficult or traumatic experiences.

New Offering: 8-Week Coaching Program

Developing Identity and Relationships

In addition to therapy, this therapist offers an 8-week coaching program called Developing Identity and Relationships. This program grew directly out of work with clients over the years.

Sharday noticed that many people were asking similar questions:

Who am I now (feeling disconnected)?

Why do I keep repeating the same patterns?

How do I make decisions that actually feel right for me?

Why do my relationships feel so draining or unfulfilling?

Over time, Sharday organized the tools, conversations, and exercises already being used into a structured coaching program so this work could reach more people. This program is designed for adults who want clarity, direction, and practical tools for personal growth—outside of a traditional therapy setting.

During the 8 weeks, the focus is on:

Developing foundation around identity and personal values

Building confidence and self-understanding

Learning how to manage emotions and respond with intention

Improving communication and relationships

Navigating life transitions

This is a coaching program—not therapy—and is ideal for individuals who want practical tools as they move into their next chapter.

Message to clients

My work is about helping people slow down, understand themselves more deeply, and develop tools they can actually use in everyday life. I combine practical guidance with mindfulness so the process feels supportive, grounded, and purposeful.

I also integrate faith and spirituality in a thoughtful, guided by meeting you where you are.

I believe therapy and personal growth should feel approachable and eliminates overwhelm. Everyone deserves a space to feel seen, grounded, and encouraged as they grow.
