Message to clients

Therapy is a safe place where you do not have to be censored, a place to experiment with new ways of thinking, feeling, and being that may feel too risky to try on your own. It can be so freeing to talk to someone and feel really heard, to be able to share things that seem too heavy or feel too vulnerable to tell anyone.

I know that therapy can seem intimidating sometimes. Sessions are your time, so we talk about what is most important to you. We can be as structured or relaxed as you like and may even have a few laughs.

My favorite part of being a therapist is connecting with people and bringing out their strengths. I have the opportunity to walk alongside clients and explore new pathways to help them experience healing and freedom from the past that may be holding them back from who they want to be. One of the most powerful experiences in therapy is learning to trust yourself, to be able to know what you want and to have the tools to take steps in that direction, to get unstuck!
