Shiran Glass, LCSW, works with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and long-standing patterns that feel difficult to shift. Many of her clients are insightful, high-functioning individuals who have participated in prior therapy yet continue to feel stuck, reactive, or disconnected. She also supports clients navigating major life transitions, identity exploration, and the lingering effects of past experiences.
Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, experiential, and depth-oriented, with an emphasis on creating meaningful and lasting change rather than symptom management alone. Shiran integrates Coherence Therapy and memory reconsolidation to help identify and transform the emotional learnings at the root of distress, alongside Havening Techniques® to support nervous system regulation and emotional safety. She also incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)–informed skills to help clients build practical tools for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness as they move through deeper therapeutic work.Sessions are collaborative, intentional, and paced to honor each client’s nervous system and readiness.
Shiran brings a strong professional foundation shaped by advanced training in trauma treatment, memory reconsolidation, and nervous system-based interventions. She is known for her attuned, thoughtful presence. In addition to direct clinical work, she has experience in supervision and management supporting other clinicians and supervisees.
Shiran offers both in-person and remote sessions, with telehealth available for clients seeking flexibility or virtual care.
