I’m Stace Farrow, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience helping adults and
couples in Texas navigate anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, and major life transitions. I provide
faith-integrated and Christian-based counseling as well as evidence-based therapy for clients of all
backgrounds.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as an educator — and that foundation shapes everything about
my approach. I believe therapy should be practical, empowering, and tailored to where you actually are in
life. Whether you’re working through the pain of divorce, managing anxiety that won’t quit, grieving a loss,
or navigating blended family dynamics, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
My approach integrates mind, body, and spirit. For clients who want a faith-centered approach, I draw on
Biblical principles as a foundation for healing. For all clients, I bring compassion, respect, and
individualized strategies designed to create lasting change.
What working with me looks like:
• Over 20 years of clinical experience across a wide range of mental health concerns
• Christian-based counseling available for clients who want a faith-integrated approach
• Specialized support for anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders, and premarital counseling
• Family therapy addressing blended family challenges, parenting issues, and relationship repair
• Evening online sessions available across Texas — therapy that fits your schedule
