Professional statement

Stacy is a Licensed Social Worker and Certified Community Health Worker who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults build emotional strength and healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges. She creates a warm, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and working through difficult emotions.

Many of the individuals and families Stacy works with are navigating anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, trauma, or major life transitions. Some clients feel overwhelmed by stress, struggle with emotional regulation, or find it difficult to manage challenges at school, home, or in relationships. Stacy helps clients better understand their emotions while developing practical tools that support confidence, resilience, and positive change.

With over six years of experience in public health and human services, Stacy brings a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach to therapy. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), talk therapy, and play therapy, tailoring her approach to each client’s developmental needs and personal goals.

Having worked extensively in schools, family environments, and community-based care, Stacy understands the unique pressures young people and families face. Her goal is to help clients feel supported, build healthier coping skills, and grow into a stronger sense of confidence and emotional well-being.

Message to clients

Hi, I’m Stacy — and I’m really glad you’re here.

Reaching out for support can take courage, especially if you or someone you love has been struggling with anxiety, sadness, behavioral challenges, or overwhelming stress. Many of the individuals and families I work with come to therapy feeling frustrated, unsure how to help their child, or simply exhausted from trying to manage everything on their own. You don’t have to face those challenges alone.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you or your loved one can feel comfortable being open and understood. I’m a Licensed Social Worker and Certified Community Health Worker with over six years of experience working in schools, community programs, and family systems. Those experiences have shown me how powerful the right support can be in helping people grow and move forward.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and major life transitions. Using approaches like talk therapy, play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I tailor each session to meet your individual needs.

Wherever you are in your journey, I’ll meet you there — with compassion, encouragement, and practical tools to help build confidence, resilience, and healthier ways of coping.

If you’re ready to begin this journey together, I’d be honored to walk beside you. Let’s take the first step—reach out today, and let’s connect.
