Starr is a calm and empathetic presence who centers each client’s needs, meeting them exactly where they are with non-judgment and support. She draws from a strong foundation in DBT, trauma-informed care, CBT, and ACT, offering insightful psychoeducation and thoughtful perspective-shifting to help clients deepen their understanding of themselves. Guided by the belief that clients are the experts of their own lives, she uses her training, intuition, and compassion to create meaningful therapeutic outcomes while continuously expanding her clinical skillset.
