Message to clients

Therapy with me is all about balance. Whether you're sharing about your pets or processing challenging emotions, I’m here to listen and support you through it all. My therapy style combines humor, personal connection, and the occasional thoughtful challenge to help you grow. I provide a compassionate space where you can be your authentic self, no matter what challenges life may be throwing your way.

As someone with ADHD, I recognize that neurodivergent brains need a different approach, and that most coping skills are not one-size-fits-all. I specialize in helping clients with ADHD learn how to work with their diagnosis, so that they can continue to build personalized strategies for success. As a queer-identifying and affirming therapist, I'm also passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals with navigating specific challenges related to identity, self-acceptance, relationships, and/or discrimination and stigma.

My practice is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I believe that meaningful change can happen when therapy honors your voice and lived experiences, and I'm here to offer guidance in ways that make sense for your specific needs. Working together, we can help you to succeed on your own terms, empowering you to feel more in control of your life.

Take the next step and reach out today. I'd love to help!
