Ms. Kates is a grief/loss therapist for pet loss, and is currently available on line, Zoom, in person and in office. She has partnered with many client clients both individuals and families. She guides and supports clients around a difficult loss of a beloved pet.

Susan has been working in bereavement for over ten years and is Licensed clinical social worker.
