Message to clients

I believe that even in the middle of pain or feeling stuck, there’s still strength, resilience, and the potential for change. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed—whether it’s anxiety, depression, past experiences, relationship struggles, or stress from work or life in general. If that’s where you are, you don’t have to figure it out on your own. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more grounded, gain clarity, and build confidence in yourself.

I approach therapy as a collaborative process where we move at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you. I use a mix of evidence-based approaches like ACT,CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strength-based, client-centered work, always tailoring things to fit your needs. Creating a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and understood is really important to me. I work with people from all backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQ+ clients and individuals who have felt marginalized or “othered.”

Over time, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop tools that actually work for your life, and move toward changes that feel meaningful and lasting. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating—we’ll take it one step at a time, together.
