I'm a licensed therapist and founder of a New York–based clinical practice specializing in trauma-informed care and healing. Struggling with trauma can profoundly disrupt your life and impact your access to emotional and physical well-being, pleasurable relationships, and a positive sense of self. A trauma-focused approach helps address these challenges by processing painful past experiences while fostering resilience, self-compassion, and empowerment in your life right now.
I emphasize a client-centered, integrative care model that attends to mind, body, and emotional regulation, guiding clients out of survival mode into more connected, meaningful lives. Together, we will create a therapeutic space where you can safely explore and integrate your experiences, cultivate self-awareness, and build a renewed sense of wellness and freedom.
My practice also supports those with neurodivergent experiences (such as ADHD or autism), and addresses intersectional needs, including relational shame, addiction recovery, and issues of identity and belonging. My approach is deeply relational and growth-oriented — providing a safe, non-judgmental container for clients to reclaim resilience, trust, and agency in their lives.

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) - Recovering from the impact of long-term, repeated traumatic events, such as emotional abuse and neglect
Shame - Exploring how shame shows up in one’s life and the origins of this shame, especially in specific situations or environments; processing through this shame and developing an empowerment to feel less ashamed in daily life
Childhood trauma - Learning how traumatic events in childhood can translate into adulthood; processing through difficult memories with the goal of moving past the experience and lingering symptoms
Burnout - Managing and recovering from stressors that lead to feelings of decreased motivation and disconnection from the self; practicing effective self-care and finding ways to relax both physically and mentally
